What to write about, and where.
Four subjects, so a security report does not sit behind a billing question.
- Support, and anything that is not working
- Tell us the project and, if a review is involved, the page you pointed it at, because almost every problem is reproducible from the URL. Write to us about support.
- Security
- Report anything you have found, with enough to reproduce it. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we found, and credit you if you would like the credit. Write to us about security report.
- Billing
- Plan changes, invoices and anything Stripe has done that surprised you. White Label is invoiced by hand, so it always comes through a person. Write to us about billing.
- Your data
- Requests for a copy of what we hold, or for deletion. If you are a reviewer rather than an account holder, say which share link you used, because your comments sit inside somebody else’s project. Write to us about data request.
